Alteam connects product experts with startups and venture builders, supporting growth from MVP through scaling. I joined Alteam in its early conceptual phase to help build a collective of skilled professionals and design an admin panel to manage talent, clients, and job listings. Although Alteam has since pivoted, the admin panel I designed is still being used in the platform’s refreshed version to fulfill its original purpose.

{Deep Dive: WEB APP DESIGN}

Design a functional and visually engaging admin panel for managing talent and clients under a tight deadline. The product needed to streamline workflows and support the founder’s daily challenges, ultimately saving time and enhancing efficiency.

Partnering with the founder, designed a streamlined platform to manage clients and talent efficiently. A key UX challenge, moving talent between folders, was solved with intuitive, layered transitions.

Created a high-fidelity prototype to showcase the platform to partners and investors, sparking interest and collecting valuable feedback. This enabled rapid, informed iterations to improve the product.

Worked closely with developer to implement the design, ensuring the final product matched the vision and met technical requirements.
